Memorial information

Description

A Memorial Avenue of Brush Box trees (Lophostemon confertus), recognising 'the contribution and sacrifice made by Brisbane's servicemen and women since 1859'. The Avenue starts in Delaware Street near the intersection with Waring Street and stretches south into 7th Brigade Park before turning north following the bike/walking track. Rosemary bushes are planted at the trees where the avenue commences.
