Benarkin State Forest Hill 60 Memorial

Memorial structure in the form of the Forestry look-out post. A small cairn at the base of the structure displays a bronze plaque, dedicating the memorial to the men who stormed Hill 60 at Gallipoli in 1915, and the services of the Qld Forestry workers who were responsible for the development of Queensland Hoop Pine plantations. A joint commemorative project between the QLD Department for Primary Industries and the RSL.
