Description

Dedicated parkland containing 10 memorials, including the park's dedication plinth, plus three 'guns' and signage. Additional picnic and play ground equipment exists, connected by pathways and enriched by extensive gardens.

The small memorials are arranged west to east: National Servicemen, Prisoners of War, Milne Bay-Kokoda, RAAF, Korean War, Vietnam War, Naval, Service Women, 47th Bn Wide Bay Regiment. Centred between the flag poles near the Bofors Gun is a similar plinth carrying the dedication details. There is also a Mountain Gun and a Skoda 7.5cm Gebirgskanone M15 Mountain Gun.
