Description

Bronze plaque recessed atop a concreteplinth, commemorating the 7th Australian Destroyer Flotilla N Class destroyers of the Royal Australian Navy during the Second World War. The plinth is located within the memorial precinct, with flagpole on Wickham Point. It is the half way point of the Caloundra Memorial Walk.
