Description
Bronze plaque recessed into the top of a concrete plinth. The plaque is dedicated by the Arctic Convoy Veteran's Association of Australia in recognition of the services of sailors who lost their lives while transporting and escorting war materials and supplies to north Russian ports during the Second World War between 1941 and 1945.
