Memorial information
Description
Three stone boulders set into a memorial space, displying plaques that commemorate the service of forces on Horn Island during the Second World War. The boulders are situated in a semi circle arc, on a bed of white stones with a grassed area to the front of the memorial. The memorial contains a Roll of Honour and a list of the units that were stationed. Plaques were unveil by Major General J.P. Stevens AO in 2007.
