Hudson Bomber Crash Memorial

In memory of the crew of Hudson Bomber A16 191 of 32 Squadron which crashed at Barramundi Creek near Giru on the 24th May 1942. The four died instantly on impact, their bodies never recovered. Erected by the Lions Club of Giru. This memorial was dedicated on the 24th May 2003, the 61st anniversary of the event.
