Description
Stone memorial to B24 Liberator Bomber Texas Terror crew and passengers, who died when the aircraft crashed into a mountain on Hinchinbrook Island on the 18 December 1942. The memorial holds plaques related to the crash. This Uit memorial was dedicated 25 April 1999. 31 Bn, Air Training Corps, 90th Bomb Group (H) Assn, Captain Carl H USAAF and 2 Lt Dewey Goen Hooper, USAAF.
