Description
A solid three panelled wall, centre panel and two wings. 12 small plaques and one larger plaque are inserted on the centre wall, top. A white tiled plinth sits at the centre front of the wall with a flat rock sitting atop with a plaque. The front of the plinth commemorates the anniversary of National Service 1951 - 1972.

Plaque on rock reads: INNISFAIL BABINDA TULLY BRANCH. DEDICATED TO THE MEMORY OF NATIONAL SERVICEMEN WHO SERVED THEIR COUNTRY 1951 - 1972
Smaller plaques on wall are dedicated to individual servicemen.
