Memorial information

Description

A large sandstone boulder set into a paved commemorative precinct, and displaying a large dedication plaque in recognition of the use of Yeronga Park by the Armed Forces of the United States of America during the Second World War. A smaller donation plaque is inserted into the front of the stone. The plaques and memorial were installed by the American Legion.
